Is it worth giving heathy young dog. As a preventive measure or would it be a waste of money. As feed a good diet anyway?

Liver is very nutritious but it should be pointed that the levels of vitamin A are very high and that liver should be fed in moderation. Of course, in manufactured food there is more control.

I came upon this discussion and am horrified by the very significant number of people who have experienced illness in their pets which they put down to feeding Butternut Box. I have to say that I've always been satisfied with this food which my dog has enjoyed for 2 years now without any problems. However I have had my concerns about pouches being delivered after a lengthy journey which has rfesulted in the pouched

Hi, I checked on the years website and it clearly says that the fibre contain is 0.42%. Isn’t that significantly low? Whereas on this website it mentions around 1.3%. I have been using years since early 2024. This year, I have noticed significant issue with anal gland. I was at vets every few months to clear it. Vet did check the nutrition content and mentioned that the fibre contain is significantly lower than what it should be. Could you please clarify on this?

Just love this food and company. Such great quality food and so helpful and easy to contact for advice and orders. Have In subscription so never run out and delivered free to the door. Shelties absolutely love all W&D and their coats are amazing. No runny tummies or upsets, just happy dogs who lick the bowls clean. I found these comments very worrying, however I can only praise BB. I was recommended BB by a dog trainer when Rocky was a pup, he had a sensitive stomach and I had previously tried a variety of different diets. I found BB excellent and manage his tummy by mainly feeding him the chicken recipt. He has been having BB for many years now and I have always found the food to be of good quality and excellent customer service.

My 18 month Cocker Spaniel has been on this food for 8 months. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. He is a perfect weight and has a beautifully shiny coat. He is also a perfect weight.

I love the fact it’s the closest thing to raw feeding I can get, without the hassle.

We have fed our 4yo rescue Tails wet & dry food for the last 2 1/2 years, and she seems to love it. She isn't a huge kibble fan, but she rarely leaves any of her meal behind.

The variety is good, with 19 (if I recall correctly) different wet dishes. Each month she receives a combination of these dishes in Terrine, Jelly, Pate, Gravy form, along with a bag of kibble. You can tailor your dogs diet on their website depending on any dietary requirements he/she may have.

When you sign up, you input your dogs health info, including ages & weight, along with some basic info regarding what kind of food you plan to feed your dog on a daily basis (wet/dry/extra treats). You will receive an adjustable scoop with the kibble along with an instruction based on your dogs info as to which setting the scoop is set to, adjusting the amount of biscuits you add to the wet food.

We occasionally end up with a leftover bag of kibble (due to portion sizes), but you will receive an email notifying you before the next delivery is dispatched, and you can log on to the Tails website to order "extra wet food" which will mean they don't send any kibble with your next delivery to get everything back in sync.

I think that covers just about everything.
