Is this really the highest rated food suitable for a dog with pancreatitis? I have been using Butternut box low fat options for 18 months (no flare ups in this time) but I think they've just done something major with their formulation / quality of ingredients as got a delivery last week and my dog is refusing to eat it. Thankfully I've some Hill's i/d stew from her last flare up in the cupboard which she likes but it's so expensive and I need to find an alternative that she'll enjoy but that is also rated highly (4 yr old beagle Foxhound cross - 20Kg)

Just wondering why the carbs are higher in this one which is listed as low fat at 49.8%, then the Forager one which is 33% As my dog has yeasty skin at times Im guessing the Forager one would be better for him ...

My 12 year old Border Terrier has been on this for years! His coat is still tip top, has energy levels better than a dog half his age. Never had to flea treat him, probably because he doesn't smell like dogs fed on a commercial diet. I absolutely recommend Millie's. It may look expensive compared, but, because there's no cheap fillers i feed him half the amount. No brainer.
